Hi,
About me - I have been an artist all my adult life - mainly oils and charcoal. In my small home studio*, I also dabble in sculpture, pottery, wood carving, body-painting, and life casting.
Since I bought my first DSLR, an entry-level Canon, about eight years ago, my main passion has been photography. Sports photography is my specialty, and several international magazines have picked up my work. But my penchant is for art-nudes, and nudes in nature. Nothing is so good for the spirit as a ramble through a forest park with my camera and a model, seeking that spot with the 'perfect light'.
Here is a selection of my work displayed for your perusal. I hope you enjoy the images. I welcome peer review and honest critique, and will endeavour to return the favour.
The ladies who have modelled for me are all beautiful souls, and I ask that you treat them with respect in your thoughts and comments.
* My house is named for my paternal grand-mother, Hannah Fearnly, and my studio therefore is "Fearnley Studio".
